Squeeze the menstrual disc into a narrow shape, then place it into the applicator so that it sits securely on the tip.
Gently insert the applicator into the vagina to the depth of your vaginal canal (about 2-5 cm, depending on your anatomy), aiming slightly towards your tailbone. Slowly push the disc out of the applicator, as if you were using a syringe.
Insert your finger into the vagina and push the disc in so that the front edge is tucked behind your pubic bone. After inserting the disc, try to feel your cervix through the basin of the disc with your finger. What should it feel like? Like touching the tip of your nose – if it does, it means the disc is properly covering your cervix and everything is in place.

Insert the applicator into the vagina to a depth of 1-2 cm. Slowly push the cup out of the applicator, as if you were using a syringe, and it will naturally create a suction seal in the vaginal canal. To verify that it has done so, you can insert a finger into the vagina and check if you feel tension between the vaginal wall and the side of the cup.
Before first use and at the beginning of each cycle, sterilize the applicator by placing it in boiling water for 5 minutes.
Wash your hands before you begin application. To make application easier, you can coat the menstrual product with a small amount of water-based intimate gel.
After each use, wash the applicator with warm water and a mild detergent, and leave it to dry.
