I have always felt that I want to create something in life that will care for the well-being of women and support them every day. That’s how Bestie was born – a brand that combines design, education, and care for our bodies. It’s my way of giving women more freedom, comfort, and confidence – and not just during their period.

For years, I have been active on social media, building a community of women who want to live consciously, healthily, and without taboos. My mission is to normalize the conversation about femininity, menstruation, and the body – without shame or pressure. I created Bestie as a "friend to every menstruating person, without any shame," a brand that offers freedom, comfort, and a sense of care.

Heute ist mein erster Tag mit der Disk. Die Anwendung war total easy, ich spüre sie überhaupt nicht und es läuft absolut nichts aus!
Spontanurlaub und natürlich die Periode. Aber die Disk hat zu 100 % dichtgehalten – absolut keine Pannen! Ich war im Meer und im Pool schwimmen – im Ernst, einfach mega!
Yes, women have periods. Yes, women lose about 20 liters of blood throughout their lives. Yes, it is still believed that "this should not be talked about," and we should pass pads to each other so that no one sees.
We strive to change that. On our social media, educational materials, and campaigns, we talk openly about periods, bodies, and sexuality—without taboo, censorship, or pretending that everything is always "easy and convenient." We show a variety of experiences: from light and trouble-free to painful, embarrassing, or simply difficult. Because in this friendship, there is no taboo!
Normalization is the first step to genuinely taking care of the health and comfort of menstruating people—so that this experience is not accompanied by loneliness, shame, or lack of understanding.

At Bestie, we don’t pretend that menstruation always looks perfect. We show what’s real: heavy bleeding, discomfort, fatigue, irritability—but also calm and routine when the period goes smoothly and without major complications. Because all these experiences are normal.
We believe that only by showing reality as it truly is can we create solutions that genuinely meet the needs of menstruating people. Real change begins with honesty—that is, when we stop pretending the body works according to advertising scripts.
The menstrual product market looked pretty much the same for years: pads, tampons, later menstrual cups—often uncomfortable, not suited to different needs, and created without a real understanding of female anatomy or the diversity of experiences. For decades, people who menstruate had to choose between leaks and discomfort or single-use products that generate huge amounts of waste.
That's why we decided to do things differently—this is how the first Polish menstrual disc was created: a product that offers greater capacity, the possibility of having sex during your period, no suction, and up to 12 hours of freedom. It truly changes everyday life for the better, instead of just making empty promises.
We believe that innovation in menstruation isn't about changing the color of the packaging, but about creating a solution that helps you feel comfortable no matter how you experience your period.
